The most intense Bug 'Machine' transmission yet,
How deep, low and more brutal can The Bug go ?
On this evidence, its not gettin any lighter, trust. Utterly brutal.

Slow and deadly, these corrosive, rusted tracks, are sequenced with venomous boombap
rhythms. Heavy mental dub manouvres, riddled with murderous drops and absolutely overdriven to f-ck. In fact, this quartet of tracks fetishise distortion, texture and noise, to an insanely hallowed degree. They apparently place total faith in friction.

This is Sci-fi dub. WIlliam Gibson Neuromancer meets Tarkovsky, in a slo-mo mind f-ck. But shockingly and irresistibly the emphasis is still placed firmly on funk and sensuality, amidst the dancefloor carnage and physical self destruction. Albeit detonated by deafening future shocks.

1/Floored(Point of Impact)
A half speed crusher setting up Renegade Hardware Vs Basic Channel. It shouldnt fit, but somehow does, as BOC style melodies are submerged deeply within this ghettoblasting rhythm killa. A perfect soundtrack to collapsing new buildings and broken bodies infected by poisonous sonic dirt. Live evil indeed.

2/ Limbo((Lust and Paralysis)
Fuzz hop swing is now a thing.
Concussive boom bap carried on a sea of white noise straight to oblivion.
Fantasy league wise, this is DJ Premier vs KIng tubby vs Porter Ricks, in a three way deathmatch, as the levitating pads and hard as nails beats battle for complete supremacy.

3/ Drop(Machine sex)
DMZ battered by Emptyset. This is Punk as f-ck. A robo junglist brucking out at quarter speed. Skeng re-imagined as a thug hop stomp. SWANS in dub mixed by Dillinja. This is caught between serious hip swinger and complete neck snapper.

4/Hypnotized(Fucked up)
Karma coma for smack headz. This morphine laced b-boy business is
utterly addictive. Despite percussive nails in its coffin, and a serrated bline capable of sawing through to bone, there are still celestial harmonies and loved up drones that mercifully take the pain away.
